Policy and Service For Wholesale
A. The minimum wholesale order is for 5 Magic Seeders.
B. Our quality control throughout the manufacturing process guarantees
consistency of quality.
C. In the event of customer dissatisfaction due to faulty/damaged items all
complaints are promptly dealt with and resolved with a minimum delay. We
should be informed of faulty/damaged items within 2 days of receiving item
by email or writing.
D. Faulty/damaged items should be returned to us no later than 7 days on
return to us it shall be replaced with the same item if found to be
faulty/damaged, The customer is responsible for any return of item postage
costs.
E. Currency accepted Euros or GBP.
F. Wholesale orders generally despatched within 2 days of order, Unless we
have to order new stock to fulfil your order in this case we shall advise
you of the situation.
G. Wholesale customers requiring urgent delivery of seeders can generally be
accommodated at short notice depending on stock levels.
H. Stocks can be held awaiting call–off delivery instructions by customers. Such stocks must be paid for in advance.
I. Communication with customers is made either by telephone or e-mail and
all communication is promptly dealt with by our staff.
J. Our company has a reputation for quality and service and we are
constantly monitoring our business in order to maintain this valued
reputation.
K. Our product having been designed in the USA is protected by world wide
patents. The product is manufactured by our associated company in the UK
thus reducing the risk of counterfeiting which could occur if it was
produced outside the UK.
L. We keep your email address on record to email you of any offers if you do
not wish to be contacted with any offers please let us know.
M. We do not sell, rent or give away your information, email address etc.
N. Please note postal prices are for Ireland only other countries please ask
for postal price before buying
Payment
Secure Payments
We use two methods of secure payments, PayPal and
Romancart.
We
use PayPal to facilitate payments for all online payments. This allows us to accept credit cards and
debit cards. Please note, you do not need to set up a
PayPal account in order to pay using a card. At no time does Magic Seeder
Ireland see your credit card details. We use a third party service
because they specialize in providing security for customers. We pay the fees
that arise from this further level of customer protection. On no account
should you e-mail us your credit card details.
Romancart is a secure method for Cheques, Postal
Orders, Bank Transfer, simply follow the on screen instructions fill in your
delivery details, print out the payment method instructions when prompted
and send us your payment.
The RomanCart system is secured by VeriSign EV SGC
SSL certificates. This means you will see the green bar when you use the
checkout on compatible browsers like you see at eBay and PayPal!
Delivery
Please allow 5 days for
delivery of your orders, but most orders are shipped within 2-3 days
Magic Seeder Ireland
uses An Post service's for all deliveries.
Postage is standard post, if you prefer registered please contact us in
advance as the postal price is more, we have no control over postal service
and we are not held liable for items that go missing in the post, we do
obtain receipts for proof of posting.
Magic Seeder Ireland will not be held
responsible for any items that go missing as we have no control over this.
Returns
While every care is
taken to ensure that your items arrives in the best of condition, we cannot
be responsible for delivery times etc. If you have any complaints or
queries, please advise us in writing/email within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items can be returned by registered delivery at the customers expense and a refund
or replacement shall be given
on the cost of the items if found to be faulty/damaged, we are unable to
refund any delivery charges as we can not claim this back from An Post, we
not liable for any packages that go missing in the post that are not
sent via registered/recorded delivery.
All items remain the property of
Magic Seeder Ireland until paid for in full.
Counterfeit goods
'The Magic Seeder has been designed and tested over many years with
accolades and awards from many sources including the Royal Horticultural
Society. The design may appear simple but the manufacture relies on very
stringent quality controls of all components in particular the plunger which
dispenses the seeds. If this plunger specification is not strictly adhered
to during manufacture then the feed mechanism will be adversely affected the
consequence of which would be to dispense with too many seeds at a time or
none at all, this being contrary to the function of the seeder.
We are aware of imitations being manufactured abroad, in particular China,
and using the name Magic Seeder. These products have been examined by our
quality control department and, in our opinion, are totally unacceptable.
We would advise potential customers to determine whether the product being
sold is produced by our UK company with our trade name "Magic Seeder" on the
packaging. Should an imitation seeder be purchased using our name then the
company will deny any responsibility for it's quality or function.
If you do happen to come across any imitations 'The Magic Seeder Company'
would like to be informed.
