Delivery

Please allow 5 days for delivery of your orders, but most orders are shipped within 2-3 days

Magic Seeder Ireland uses An Post service's for all deliveries. Postage is standard post, if you prefer registered please contact us in advance as the postal price is more, we have no control over postal service and we are not held liable for items that go missing in the post, we do obtain receipts for proof of posting. We use couriers for larger orders where it is cheaper to send by a courier.

Magic Seeder Ireland will not be held responsible for any items that go missing as we have no control over this.

Returns

While every care is taken to ensure that your items arrives in the best of condition, we cannot be responsible for delivery times etc. If you have any complaints or queries, please advise us in writing/email within 2 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned by registered delivery at the customers expense and a refund or replacement shall be given on the cost of the items if found to be faulty/damaged, we are unable to refund any delivery charges as we can not claim this back from An Post, we are not liable for any packages that go missing in the post that are not sent via registered/recorded delivery.
